- In the first quarter of 2015, Central Transport, LLC successfully met all requirements set forth by the CBSA (Canada Border Services Agency) in order to be fully compliant with the ACI (Advanced Commercial Information) Initiative. The ACI Initiative provides officers with pre-arrival information electronically, so that officers are better able to assess health, safety and security threats related to commercial goods before they arrive in Canada.

Greater level of detail regarding precise status updates on arrival and release times, as well as holds.\Central Transport, LLC is able to submit EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Information to the CBSA reducing paper usage and the potential for lost documents.
Improved customer service standards due to streamlined turnaround time at border crossings.
Border crossings are more secure and compatible with North American and International standards.
While all cross border carriers must be certified by 2016, Central Transport is proud to have achieved certification almost one year ahead of the deadline. We look forward to continuing to serve our customers need for both domestic and international freight transport.
